How the tiers work

Wholesale tiers are set by volume and reviewed quarterly. Exact rates are shown in your portal once your account is approved — we do not publish trade prices publicly.

Price list available after approval. A pending account still sees retail prices and can order — approval unlocks trade rates, it does not block you.

Because a published number would be wrong for most buyers. Tiers depend on volume, payment terms and delivery frequency, and they move with the import market. Publishing a single figure would either overcharge a large distributor or misquote a small retailer. You get your actual rates in the portal once your account is approved.
