Approval
A trade account requires a valid trade licence number and, for VAT-registered businesses, a BIN. We verify both before approving. Approval is normally decided within two working days of a complete application.
We may decline an application. The most common reasons are an unverifiable licence, or a territory already served exclusively by an existing dealer.
Tier pricing and confidentiality
Approved accounts see tier prices based on volume band. Those prices are specific to your account and are commercially confidential.
Redistributing a trade price list — forwarding the PDF, sharing portal access, or republishing the figures — is grounds for immediate withdrawal of the account. Price list downloads are watermarked with the account they were issued to.
Trade prices are never displayed publicly anywhere on this site, and are not visible to retail customers.
Minimum orders and packaging
Trade tiers begin at bulk pack sizes. The minimum order quantity for each tier is shown against that tier in the portal, and is enforced at checkout rather than discovered afterwards.
Bulk packaging is 5 kg, 10 kg and 25 kg depending on the product. Retail pouches are available to trade accounts at retail pack pricing where you are reselling them unopened.
Specification and natural variation
Trade orders are supplied against the published specification for the grade ordered. Where a specification is a range, delivery anywhere within that range conforms.
Agricultural products vary in colour, size and appearance between lots. Variation within the declared tolerance is not a defect and is not grounds for rejection. Where a batch falls outside its declared specification, it is our error and we will replace or refund it.
Sub-users
You may add colleagues to your account with their own logins. The account holder is responsible for orders placed by sub-users, and can remove access at any time from the portal.
