What we collect
To fulfil an order we need your name, phone number and delivery address. Email is optional and only used for receipts and, if you opt in, the newsletter.
We record which pages you viewed and what you bought, so we can show you your order history and recommend sensibly. We do not build profiles for sale.
For trade accounts we additionally hold your trade licence number, BIN and, if you apply for credit, the financial information supporting that application.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone, for any price.
We do not store card numbers. Card payments are handled by the payment gateway and the card data never reaches our servers.
We do not send marketing messages to customers who have not opted in, and every marketing message carries a one-click unsubscribe.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years, because tax law requires it. Marketing consent records are kept as long as the consent stands, plus two years.
Browsing analytics are retained for fourteen months in aggregated form.
You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time through the contact form. We will delete everything not required by law to be retained, and tell you exactly what remains and why.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep your cart and session working; these cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
Analytics cookies load only after you accept them. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded at all — not a degraded version, none.
