Question 1

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Accepted Answer

Orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched the same day, six days a week. Dhaka deliveries arrive the next day; outside Dhaka takes two to three days depending on district.

Question 2

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anywhere our courier partners operate. COD is available up to ৳15,000 per order. Above that we ask for either full payment or a 30% advance.

Question 3

Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Not as retail parcels. International supply goes through our export desk as a commercial shipment with a minimum order quantity — see the Export section.

Question 4

What does W320 actually mean?

Accepted Answer

It is the international cashew grading standard: W means white whole kernels, 320 means roughly 300–320 kernels per pound. A lower number means a larger nut. W180 is the largest commercial grade, W450 the smallest whole grade.

Question 5

Is everything organic?

Accepted Answer

No. Two of our lines are organic-certified and those two carry the certificate number on the product page. Everything else is conventionally grown, and we would rather tell you that than print the word organic without a certificate behind it.

Question 6

Can I get a certificate of analysis for my batch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every pack carries a batch code. Send us the code and we will send the COA for that batch, including moisture, foreign matter and aflatoxin where applicable.

Question 7

What is the minimum order for wholesale pricing?

Accepted Answer

Tiers start at 25 kg per SKU. The exact rates appear in your portal once your trade account is approved — we do not publish trade prices publicly because they depend on volume and payment terms.

Question 8

Do you offer credit terms?

Accepted Answer

Approved trade accounts can apply for 30-day credit after three settled orders. A credit limit is set case by case and shown in your portal.

Question 9

What is your minimum export order?

Accepted Answer

It varies by product, from 100 kg for cardamom to 500 kg for cashew and turmeric. Each export product page states its own MOQ, HS code and container loadability.

Question 10

Can you supply under our own brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from 5 MT per SKU. We support artwork adaptation, barcode allocation and destination-market label compliance.
