Orders and acceptance
An order becomes binding when we confirm it by SMS or email, not when you submit it. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you within one working day and refund any payment in full.
Prices displayed include VAT at the prevailing rate. All totals are recomputed on our servers at checkout; a price shown in a stale browser tab is not binding on either party.
We may limit quantities on a product where stock is genuinely constrained. Where we do, the limit is shown on the product page.
Product descriptions
Specifications published on this site are drawn from batch testing and are accurate for the batch stated. Natural agricultural products vary within tolerance; where a specification is a range, we publish the range.
Photographs are of our own product. Colour reproduction varies by screen and is not a specification.
Trade accounts
Tier pricing is available to approved trade accounts and is confidential to that account. Redistribution of a trade price list is grounds for withdrawal of the account.
Credit terms, where granted, are 30 days from invoice date. Overdue balances suspend further credit orders until settled.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, except where law provides otherwise — notably in relation to food safety, where statutory rights are unaffected by anything written here.
