Dispatch
Orders confirmed before 4 PM are dispatched the same day, six days a week. Orders placed on Friday are dispatched Saturday.
You receive a tracking reference by SMS at dispatch, and a WhatsApp message if you have opted in.
Delivery times and charges
Inside Dhaka: next day, ৳80 standard or ৳180 same-day express for orders placed before noon.
Outside Dhaka: two to three working days, ৳130, delivered by Steadfast or Pathao depending on district coverage.
Delivery is free on orders above the threshold shown in the announcement bar. That threshold is a business setting and can change; the figure shown at checkout is the one that applies.
Weight and charging
Shipping is calculated from chargeable weight — the greater of actual gross weight and volumetric weight — and the destination zone. The exact figure is shown before payment, never after.
Failed delivery
Couriers attempt delivery twice. After a second failure the parcel returns to us and we contact you to arrange redelivery; a second delivery charge applies unless the failure was ours or the courier’s.
