Methods we accept
Cash on delivery inside our courier coverage. bKash, Nagad and Rocket, either through the payment gateway or by manual transfer. Cards and internet banking through the gateway. Bank transfer for trade accounts.
We do not store card numbers at any point. Card data goes directly to the payment gateway and never touches our servers.
Automatic gateway payments
When you pay through the gateway you are returned to a confirmation page. That page will sometimes say "confirming your payment" rather than "paid", and this is deliberate: we do not treat the browser’s report as proof. We wait for the payment provider to confirm the transaction to our server directly, and we independently re-query the provider before marking anything paid.
This costs a few seconds and removes an entire class of fraud, where a forged browser redirect claims a payment that never happened.
Manual mobile-wallet transfers
If you send money manually you will be asked for the sending number and the transaction ID. We verify it against the merchant statement by hand.
Verification is completed within 2 hours during business hours. Outside business hours it is done at the start of the next working day. Your stock is reserved for 24 hours while this happens, so a pending verification does not cost you the item.
Your order total carries a unique two-digit paisa amount — an odd-looking figure such as ৳2,847.37. That is not a rounding error. It is what lets us match your transfer to your order unambiguously when several customers pay similar amounts within the same minutes. Please send the exact amount shown, including the paisa.
What we will never do
We will never ask for your wallet PIN or OTP. No employee needs it, and any message requesting it is not from us.
We will never confirm an order on a duplicated transaction ID. If a transaction ID has already been used, verification fails and we contact you — this protects you as much as us.
If an amount received does not match the amount expected, the payment is held and reviewed by a person. It is never auto-confirmed and never silently adjusted.
